De La Salle College - Vending Machine!

A new 100 Story Vending Machine has made its way to the De La Salle College! Students can visit the Library and use 100 Story Coins (or a shinny dollar) to buy zines made by their classmates.

To fill the shelves, our facilitator Ben ran a virtual workshop with the 5/6 class to create Choose Your Own Adventure zines! Together the students developed story structures with multiple endings. Here’s the completed story path they came up with by the end of the session:

You are brushing your teeth in your partially renovated bathroom when BOOOOOM! A wrecking ball smashes into your house! You choose to run outside and yell at the driver, but he has been eaten by stick bugs! You and your Mum grab baseball bats and try to fight them off, but they eat the bats too. Hiding in the bathroom you find some hairspray and use it to fix the bugs in place like real sticks, which you then use to finish the renovations. THE END
