Engagement Services

100 Story Building has worked extensively with children, families, teachers and schools, across the arts and culture, social impact, education, and local government sectors.

Our approach allows young people to contribute to decision-making that impacts them, and builds cohesive communities. Our consultations and partnerships are affordable, adaptable and can be delivered to your timeline.

We can help engage children and young people in LGA schools, festivals and events, site activations, community spaces and through a range of engagement programs.

Consultations and Partnerships

100 Story Building specialises in conducting creative consultations with children and young people (ages 6-18) on behalf of councils, government, service providers and community organisations to engage them as active members of their community and inform future policy, strategies and planning.

Community Bookings

Curate the perfect program for your community with workshops from 100 Story Building, Victoria’s home of creative storytelling and discovery! We regularly partner with councils, libraries and other community organisations to inspire and engage young people.

Our expert imaginauts (“facilitator” is way too boring for what they do!) bring the fun, collaborating with your local kids to create outrageous characters, reach for the stars, or embark on perilous quests… Participants leave with new friends, great memories, and exciting stories they’ve made themselves.

Making space for creativity helps all of us build confidence, be leaders in our own learning and take safe risks in our education. Our facilitators have shared some favourite storytelling activities to help young writers while remote learning, to help build critical and creative thinking skills. And have some fun at the same time!
