Secret laws of birds

Do birds have a secret rulebook that they all follow? What does the rulebook say?

Never double dip?

Always turn left if they see the colour pink?

Always chirp from the left side of their beak when the sun is rising, and the right side when it is setting? 

The rulebook is yours to create. Just remember, the rules apply to all birds. There are NO exceptions.
