Handy codes

Calling all spies in training! We have some handy code tips for you on your next secret mission.

Flag signals or morse code, email us a video of your secret messages and we’ll decode them on our weekly round up of stories.

This activity was originally curated by children at Westvale Community Centre for a pocketbook of creativity.

You need a pen / pencil and paper for this activity if you are writing in morse code (or an audio recording device if you are beeping it) and flags or socks if you are using semaphore.

Share you handy code adventures with us it to us at info@100storybuilding.org.au and we could try and decipher what you are saying!

Follow our #100SBStoryMakers series on social media for activities to get children creating characters, building stories, making up new words and giving lateral thinking a go!
