Meet our newest team member, Colin!
We're thrilled to welcome our new Program Coordinator – the heroic Colin Craig – into the (virtual) building. Once we're able to open again we will send him down the trapdoor to check on the beewhale hives on Level 43 (their seaweed honey is to die for), but for now we're just pleased he's here to help book in workshops and keep us all organised!
Colin has brought a backpack full of wonderful skills and stories along with him. He grew up in Perth and studied communications while also writing and producing independent theatre. In 2008 came to Melbourne and worked in theatre-in-education with Eagle's Nest Theatre. He stayed with Eagle's Nest for over a decade, sharpening his metaphorical Leathermen of arts management tools, including sales and marketing, workshop delivery and production, and producing public theatre.
Colin's favourite books are The Princess Bride by William Goldman ("Inconceivable!"), The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher and Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk. He is also a big X-Men fan. In his downtime, Colin is an avid gamer and music comedian. He's going to fit right in with the Pangolynxes who host an open mic night on Level 29 every Thursday night.
Welcome to the 100 Story Building gang, Colin!
